The new statistics on energy demand timings were sourced from various organizations that monitor and report on electricity usage. These sources include:
- Red Eléctrica de España (REE): This organization provides periodic reports and real-time data on electricity demand in Spain, highlighting daily consumption patterns and peak usage times.
- ISO New England: This regional transmission organization in the United States offers detailed real-time data and historical statistics on electricity demand in the New England region.
- California ISO: Similar to ISO New England, this organization manages the California electricity grid and provides extensive data on electricity demand, including real-time and historical trends.
- U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA): The EIA offers comprehensive data on energy consumption across the United States, including detailed breakdowns of electricity usage.
- National Center for Energy Control (CENACE) in Mexico: CENACE publishes detailed reports and statistics on electricity demand throughout Mexico.
Therefore, the game was set up as follows:
Morning Peak:
